Kyle Stelma, Emerging Markets Managing Director

Kyle has worked with CitiGroup in Mumbai performing financial consulting for Indian conglomerates and later with a management consulting firm on private equity transactions in the Middle East and South Asia. Mr. Stelma has lived and worked in Mumbai and Dubai for a number of years. Mr. Stelma holds a BS in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MA in international relations and finance from Johns Hopkins University/SAIS.

Nicholas Skibiak, Director of Analytics

Nicholas has both private- and public-sector experience in economic and financial research. He previously worked as a development consultant for BearingPoint, focusing on trade facilitation in sub-Saharan Africa and Central Asia. Additionally, he has worked for the US Treasury Department and EMPEA, a private equity research group in Washington, DC, examining the development of capital markets and private-sector investment in emerging markets. Mr. Skibiak holds a BA from Yale University and an MA in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins University/SAIS.

William Watts, Director of Operations

Bill has over 18 years experience developing corporate finance and business strategies across the finance and technology sectors. Mr. Watts began his career working as a Wall Street analyst for Salomon Smith Barney, and subsequently went in-house with a technology client that was later acquired by Sun Microsystems, where he served as corporate strategy director. Since leaving Sun Microsystems, he has advised finance, internet, technology, textile, and petroleum and mineral resource companies on corporate finance transactions across the Middle East. Mr. Watts earned a BA in international relations from Stanford University, and an MSFS from Georgetown University.
